I used to go the other larger animal hospital in town for my weenies. A while back I tried to make an appointment with them, and it was 2 weeks out. Apparently, they were down to one vet. So, I booked an appointment with CL and was in the same day. The staff and the vet are very nice and caring.
Our first visit was very encouraging. We felt comfortable that our pet was in good hands. We didn’t have to wait and wait like our previous vet. Short wait times are very important to us.
I have been taking my dogs to Circle L for close to 4 years now. I started because they use alternative medicine with the usual veterinarian methods. What I found was a very caring and efficient staff and Dr in Dr Armstrongwho is very knowledgeable as well as compassionate and thorough. I cannot recommend this Veterinary Hospital highlyld not enough. I would not take my babies to anyone else.
This was my puppies 1 exam ever at 9 weeks. From the front desk receptionist Brandy to the assistants and Drs. we were treated like we truly mattered to them . Zachary our assistant was absolutely amazing with Carmelo and explained everything I needed to know. Both Dr Hendel and Dr Brown were so gentle and loving with Carmelo. I will be making them our permanent Vet!
Our new puppy was having serious. Circle L was awesome. They got him in quick. The vet was very through and explained everything. The entire staff was loving and caring with our puppy.
Most AMAZING group of people. From the minute you walk in the door with your furbabies to when you walk out you know you are in good hand’s. I can’t say enough about them. They have saved, loved, laughed, cried and help my family let go when the time came. LOVE them all and so very thankful these people are who they are.
My “Ammo” had a very upset digestive issue. Dr. Armstrong knew slow and steady would be the way to recovery. I’m grateful for the individualized treatment and care.
Circle L is the kinda, most amazing vet in tri city area! They got my dog in the same day treated her as thier own and kept in touch after she had a few teeth pulled. They are the Best!thank you
Talk about customer service and dedication to animals! WOW from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out, this is an amazingly veterinarian business. We brought in Maggie, our just adopted rescue dog for her first visit. Zack was very patient and great at calming Maggie and answering our concerns. Dr Brown equally amazing at calming our nervous Maggie and relaxing her enough to touch and check out. Between Dr Brown and Zack, all our questions and concerns were answered. They also provided information we had not thought about.
My dog is pretty timid and they took the time to let her get comfortable. We were in and out in no time, very nice experience.
