Our Veterinarian’s Daily Role:
Review your schedule of appointments with your 2 assigned technicians for the day to develop a plan of action.
Provide supervision and direction for staff to help them prioritize and perform under your direction all recommended technical duties thus allowing you to focus on medicine.
Act as a team leader, recognizing super performance and interacting with management to ensure cultural growth.
Take pleasure in building strong, trustworthy, and meaningful relationships with our compliant clients and their fur babies.

Enjoys the challenge of a difficult and thought-provoking case, yet loves to spend time educating and promoting preventative wellness care.

Must be current licensed DVM with the ability to obtain an Arizona license within 3 months of hire.
Be able to articulate your goals and passions in a cover letter.
Must be excited and compassionate about the opportunity to grow and learn.
A willingness to take on a general surgery load with independence or mentorship.
Available to work a 4-5 day week with rotating 4 day weekends.
Last but not least, an ability to enjoy the day to day routine as well as your time away from work.
Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution.
Ability to or have passed the Arizona Veterinary Board Exam
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Doctors will be paid on a production + salary option; Paid Medical, Life, AD&D, and Short Term Disability; Paid License Fees; Paid Organization Dues; Paid Holidays; Flexible Schedule; Paid Liability Insurance; CE Allowance Annually; Annual Bonus Available.
